From Route 302 - Take the Berlin State Highway to the first traffic light and turn left onto Airport Road. Berlin Health and Rehabilitation Center is the third driveway on your left.

From the City of Barre- Take the Barre Beltline to the second traffic light and turn left onto Airport Road. Berlin Health and Rehabilitation Center is the third driveway on your left.
